Our Leadership
R. Michael (Mike) Harrington Resort Realty CEO
Mike is charged with the overall growth and development of every Resort Realty division. Mike holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from East Carolina University as well as an MBA with a concentration in Development and Environmental Planning.
Having spent time working for a large North Carolina County Planning Department has allowed Mike to have a unique understanding of what it takes to take a project from concept to reality. Mike worked on the public side of many large developments in the inland areas of North Carolina before moving permanently to the Outer Banks to concentrate on the Sales and Marketing of coastal real estate.
Randy Jones Director of New Home Sales
Jones has more than 15 years of experience in Outer Banks real estate. The first seven years as an attorney on the Outer Banks and the last eight as one of the area’s top sales agents. Jones is a graduate of UNC-Wilmington and Wake Forrest University School of Law.
As an attorney, Randy and his law firm represented major real estate developers, as well as assisted hundreds of clients in the purchase and sales of Outer Banks properties. This background gives his clients an unmatched advantage whether buying or selling real estate. Randy lives with his wife Stacey and their three young children in Southern Shores. He is an active father, who is often on the courts or fields coaching or playing with his children.
