Resort Realty Names Chris Toolan Top Agent for February

Resort Realty is pleased to announce Chris Toolan as “Agents of the Month” for February 2009. Chris is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a degree in Economics. He moved to the Outer Banks as a full-time resident in 1989, and takes pride in being a part of this community.
