Nelson and Clarke joined Resort Realty in 2003 as a team in order to offer their clients the combined efforts and expertise of two dedicated real estate professionals. Clarke has obtained his GRI designation, is an ABR, and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). On a National level, only 4% of Realtors® hold this prestigious CRS designation. In addition, Clarke also serves as the broker-in-charge of Resort Realty’s Duck office. Nelson is a graduate of Virginia Tech and has been working in the field since 1999, she is also a Broker and has obtained her ABR designation.
